Shipping and delivery
The items will be dispatched from Germany shortly after your order or by arrangement, after approx. 5 - 8 days (we will inform you on the same day).
The delivery time depends on your delivery address. For express deliveries (surcharge applies), please inquire by email.

We ship worldwide;
Delivery is free to Germany, BeNeLux, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, France and Italy for orders over 100,- €.
We have calculated the shipping costs for deliveries to the rest of Europe, Spain and the USA based on weight.
For other countries, please inquire separately. We will calculate the exact shipping costs for you and offer them to you separately, or you can arrange for the items to be shipped/collected from the showroom near Frankfurt yourself.
In addition, you have the option of picking up your order free of charge from our showroom in Rödermark or on Mallorca.

Return and refund
Perhaps you are not satisfied with your purchase!? You can cancel and return the items to us up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason. This does not apply to damaged items and/or items that have been worn beyond the fitting stage, as well as items that have been made or modified for you personally.
We will refund the entire order amount (including shipping costs) if we receive all the ordered goods back and do not suspect that the goods have already been worn.

Please return the items as you received them, neatly packed in the original packaging.
We are not liable for the loss or damage of a return package. We therefore advise you to send the return package by registered mail. The costs for returning your return package to us are at your expense.
In any case, please contact us first by email at info@aprico24.com or by phone at +34 693 725 898 and state the order number (which can be found on the return label). You will then receive the exact return address.
